Are we doing a good job?  If you think so let us know.  It’s important to know that we are doing the right things and it allows us to recognise the good work that our staff do.

 

Complaints
If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in this practice, please let us know.

We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned.

If your problems cannot be sorted out in this way and you wish to make a complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible – ideally, within a matter of days or at the most a few weeks – because this will enable us to establish what happened more easily.

Friends and Family Test
We value your feedback on our services. Listening to your views helps identify what is working well, what could be improved and how. The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important tool that allows the opportunity for feedback on your experience with Walker Medical Group. Following on from appointments patients are chosen randomly and asked to provide feedback via a text messages.

FFT results are shared and analysed in the practice each month and also discussed with the patient participation group (PPG).
