Do you have something to say, but don’t have time to attend meetings?

Do you have ideas about how to improve your practice?

Do you have access to a computer?

If you answered yes then why not join our Virtual Patient Participation Group

 

We would like to know how we can improve our services to you. To help us with this, we have set up a virtual Patient Participation Group (vPPG) so that you can have your say from the comfort of your own home.

We will ask members of the vPPG some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received etc.

We promise to;

  • contact you via email only
  • not contact you more than four times a year
  • keep our surveys short
  • keep your responses confidential
  • gather patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample
