Keep us up to date
Ensure your details are up to date including address and contact numbers so that we can contact you regarding your appointments or medical details and also to ensure hospital letters reach the right address.

Telephones
The telephones are especially busy between 8 and 10am.  We would ask patients to avoid calling between these times for routine matters and to keep your call as brief as possible.

Feedback
We value feedback from patients and welcome your comments or suggestions. You can provide these to us through this website or the comments box in the waiting room.

Appointments
Try to attend punctually for your appointments.  Unfortunately if you are late we may have to rearrange your appointment.

Attendance
Missed appointments present a problem to the practice as the wasted appointments could have been used by another patient. Please remember, if you can’t attend your appointment, cancel it.

Respect
We expect patients to treat our staff and other members of the public courteously and be polite at all times. We also expect patients to treat our premises well. Where such expectations are not met issues will be addressed and patients may be asked to leave and the police may be called.
